|Recommended: YesJust Moved In — I started this process about three months before I got to the United States and the process was very simple. The staff was friendly, and the Maintenance is truly remarkable, because they fixed every small detail to make the place livable and enjoyable. If you are looking for a quiet residential area with plenty of parking, this is the place to go did I say quiet yes, very quiet area.

|Recommended: Yes1St Day On Site — All all, everything is great. Staff have been awesome and responsive. For me, I like more one on one communication versus referring me to a website, but it works. Ashleigh has been my point of contact and has great energy for what she does.

|Recommended: YesReview — Just moved back to Texas from North Dakota for college and it's been a welcoming environment so far. Easy access to back roads to get places without the traffic. Love the gated community feel this place has which has made my parents feel a lot safer with me living by myself for my remaining years of college. One thing I do recognize is this strange clicking whenever my upstairs neighbors use their water in the sink or their bathroom assuming they have the same layout as I do , but other than they the place gets a 8 10
|Recommended: YesA Microwave Issue Resolved — A few weeks ago our microwave went out. May not seem like a big deal, but if you're retired and much of your cooking and eating is wrapped around heating and cooking microwavable meals, it IS a big deal
Even though it was a holiday, the staff got to it as quickly as possible, diagnosed the problem and ended up getting us a new microwave very quickly. Really made things easier for us.
A BIG shout out and thanks to the office staff and maintenance guys for moving on it quickly and getting us back to normal
